This note explains what we collect when you contact Cheel Aerial Cinema, and what we do with it. Last updated 30 September 2026.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, phone number, the venue or area, the date and any notes about the shoot. If you use the price planner, we also receive the plan you build. Our site may record anonymous usage statistics and the page or ad campaign that brought you to us.

Why we use it

To check the airspace for your venue, reply with a quote, arrange your shoot and send you invoices and files. We don't sell your details or share them with other businesses for marketing.

Where it's kept

In our WhatsApp, email and a private booking sheet, accessible only to our team. We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, and booking records for as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by messaging +91 85805 35952 on WhatsApp. Footage we shoot for you is yours; we'll only use it in our portfolio with your permission.
